We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Analyst with expertise in testing ServiceNow configurations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and implementing automated test cases within ServiceNow and possess strong analytical skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- English B2 level or Higher for fluent communication.
- 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and configurations.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing automated test cases within the ServiceNow platform.
- Must hold Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools in ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues efficiently.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify potential areas of improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Test Planning & Execution: Create and execute test plans for ServiceNow configurations, ensuring that all requirements are met and defects are identified early.
- Automation: Develop and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of test processes and configurations.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and manage defects found during testing and track them through resolution.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on test results, defects, and the status of testing efforts.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive best practices in testing and automation.
