#803 - Salesforce QA & Project Manager

Job opportunity only available for Latin America residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track issues and risks across multiple Salesforce accounts (3-5 projects simultaneously).
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Create and modify Salesforce fields, layouts, and validation rules as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to refine processes and ensure continuous improvement.
• Act as a hands-on Salesforce expert capable of implementing minor customizations and adhering to best practices.
• Coordinate and communicate project updates effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• B2 English level (Upper-intermediate) or higher
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
  Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred to collaborate with the CTO.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple accounts.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Experience in testing Salesforce implementations and configurations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Health Cloud, Vlocity & Omni Scripts preferred.
