#824 - ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in implementing the CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework within a populated CMDB (Configuration Management Database). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CMDB, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to explain complex CSDM concepts and terminology to stakeholders. They should also be capable of managing difficult stakeholder interactions effectively.

Requirements:

• B2 English level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• +4 years of experience as a Service Now Developer
• Proven experience implementing CSDM within a CMDB, either customized or pre-existing.
• In-depth knowledge of CMDB and related processes.
• Experience creating technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification in ServiceNow or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
