#861 - VB6 & .NET Developer

Job opportunity only available for Latin America residents.

We are looking for a seasoned developer with hands-on experience in Visual Basic 6 (VB6) who is also proficient in modern .NET technologies. The role involves both maintaining legacy applications and actively participating in the migration of those systems to .NET. This is an ideal position for someone who understands older architectures but is forward-thinking and motivated to drive modernization efforts.

Skills, knowledge and qualifications:

• B2 English level (Upper-intermediate) or higher
• 5+ years of experience with Visual Basic 6 (VB6) in a professional setting.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.).
• Proven experience in code migration or modernization projects.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
