Job brief

We are seeking a frontend-focused developer, ideally with full-stack capabilities, who has experience implementing AI use cases. Able to implement an AI Sales Assistant (similar to a chatbot) with Algolia.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2/C1) to ensure fluent communication across teams.
• React / TypeScript (Senior)
• Java / Spring Boot (Intermediate, able to implement APIs and integrations)
• Experience implementing AI-powered applications, copilots, chat assistants, or intelligent search
• Experience integrating AI services and search platforms (e.g., Algolia)
• Experience building accessible web applications (WCAG AA)
• Automated testing (Unit + E2E)
• CI/CD tooling proficiency
• Excited to work in a team with high individual responsibility and accountability across the entire SDLC
• Proficient in AI-assisted coding

Should have

• Algolia Search / Recommend / AI Search experience
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Redux or similar frontend state management frameworks
• Experience defining AI use cases, prompts, and expected outputs
• E-commerce domain expertise, including the integration of Product, Pricing, Inventory, Payment, and Tax services

Nice to have

• SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services and OpenAI models
• Experience with RAG, vector search, or AI search architectures
• Experience with Marketplaces / Mirakl
• Experience with Playwright E2E Test Automation
• Experience embedding React applications as Web Components
