We're looking for a .NET Developer with strong Azure APIM expertise to join a project for a leading client in the U.S. healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in .NET Framework development and hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Azure API Management (APIM) solutions.
This role also requires strong experience across the Azure ecosystem, particularly Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Bicep/IaC, and related cloud services. You'll work on building and integrating scalable, secure, and reliable services in a healthcare environment, collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet enterprise and industry requirements.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working across both application development and Azure cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, messaging, and cloud-native architectures.
Requirements
- Advanced English level (B2/C1) for fluent communication across teams.
- +5 years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework.
- +3 years of hands-on, proven experience with Azure API Management (APIM), Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep or Terraform)
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Front-end Development: Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks, jQuery + Knockout.js (UI layer).
- API Development & Testing: Strong experience creating, integrating, and testing APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD: Git Hub actions or Azure DevOps.
Nice to Have
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or health-related applications.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or alternatives like Azure DevOps pipelines)
- Knowledge about observability: logs, metrics, traces, dashboards (OpenTelemetry with Application Insights or alternatives like Elastic stack, etc)
- Security: experience with any Open ID provider (preferably Azure Entra ID) and knowledge about auth flows
- Azure-specific security knowledge: Entra ID, Managed Identity, networking, Key Vault
Responsabilties
- Participate in the development of new features and applications using .NET Framework and related technologies.
- Provide break-fix and deployment support for existing systems.
- Collaborate with the product owner and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver tasks in an agile environment.
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and coverage.
- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance within a 2-week sprint cycle.
