Drive corporate communication and employee engagement

As Communications Manager at Pharmacosmos, you will report to Christian Lundquist Madsen, VP, Global Marketing & Communications, and join a team of 8 colleagues. In this role, you will take ownership of how Pharmacosmos communicates internally and externally and lead corporate and employee communication in close collaboration with Global Marketing & Communications, HR, senior leadership, and global affiliates. You will play a central role in ensuring that communication supports alignment, understanding, transparency, and engagement across the organization while strengthening the company's external presence and corporate brand. Your responsibilities will include shaping and maintaining a clear and consistent corporate narrative across channels, driving employee communication initiatives, and working closely with HR and leadership to ensure communication reflects the employee experience. Furthermore, you will develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and other platforms, own and develop the corporate website, lead internal communication initiatives such as intranet, town halls, and leadership messaging, and oversee corporate video and multimedia content. Through close collaboration with colleagues across functions, markets, and affiliates, you will help ensure a consistent communication approach and strong brand presence across the organization.

Skilled communications professional with a digital mindset

We expect you to hold a relevant educational background within Communications, Marketing, or a related field, combined with approximately 4–6 years of experience within corporate communications, public affairs, employer branding, or similar disciplines. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment in an international setting is an advantage. You are proficient in written English and Danish and possess strong communication and content development skills. You are experienced in developing clear and engaging communication across channels and audiences and are comfortable working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions. Furthermore, you have a strong digital mindset and experience with corporate websites, social media, and internal communication platforms.

Personally, you are driven, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You combine excellent writing skills with strong stakeholder awareness and the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging communication. You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, balance strategic thinking with pragmatic and hands-on execution, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can build relationships, create alignment, and drive communication initiatives forward.
