Head of QHSSE

A broad QHSSE role with strategic and operational impact
As Head of QHSSE, you will report to the CTO/COO and play a key role in ensuring that Wiseled's products are safe, reliable, and compliant with applicable standards and regulations. You will lead the quality control processes, maintain and develop the quality management system (QMS/IPW), and ensure compliance with industry standards and upcoming requirements. As the organization's quality expert and advisor, you will contribute to both R&D and delivery projects, support product development with requirement management and documentation approval, and advise the Executive Leadership Team on QHSSE matters. Furthermore, you will plan, lead, and execute ISO9001 audits internally as well as externally at clients and suppliers, while also driving non-conformity management and reporting across the organization. You will participate in management reviews and corporate risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders across all functions and levels, both internally and externally, to strengthen cooperation and ensure a strong quality focus throughout the organization.

Experienced quality professional with technical expertise in advanced tech
You hold an academic degree in a relevant field such as engineering or other related areas, combined with solid experience from a position in quality assurance and/or quality management in an organization with advanced and complex technological products. You are a certified Lead Auditor with a proven track record in preparing, hosting, and conducting ISO9001 audits, both internally and externally. Furthermore, you bring experience in management reviews and corporate risk assessments, as well as strong QMS management skills. Finally, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Danish.

Personally, you are proactive, analytical, curious, independent, and pragmatic, with a strong quality mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy. You are confident in your professionalism, granting you the authority and motivation to lead independent projects and processes, while also acknowledging the importance of working closely with team members.
