Lead the Future of Aviation Fuel & Sustainability
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the continued success and growth of DCC & Shell Aviation Denmark. Reporting to the Board of Directors and the Managing Director Nordic in DCC, you will oversee the companys continued growth and success, herein the financial performance, and operational excellence. A key focus will be on driving the transition to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and strengthening the companys position in the evolving aviation sector.

You will lead a skilled team and work closely with key stakeholders, including airlines, airports, regulatory bodies, and Shell Aviations global network, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations, while continuously optimizing efficiency and cost management.

Stakeholder Management and Strategic Vision
To succeed in this role, you are a commercially driven leader with strong strategic and financial acumen. You have a proven track record in business leadership, operations, and stakeholder management, ideally from the energy, aviation, or logistics sectors. Experience with regulatory frameworks and sustainability initiatives is a plus.

As a leader, you are skilled in driving change, motivating teams, and building strong relationships across industries. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English is required, and you should be based in the Copenhagen region.
