Take the lead and leave your mark on future QA processes
In this position, you will report to the Site Director for Croda Denmark and lead, motivate, develop, and guide a team of 12 dedicated professionals. Effective resource allocation and planning is a big part of the job as well as ensuring that your teams performance meets the quality, project, and organizational goals. You will oversee your team working with batch documentation, deviations, change management, audits and customer complaints, just as you will contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality strategies, policies, and processes. Likewise, you will support the QA Department in obtaining a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, compliance, and data integrity. The role also requires that you understand release activities, which includes securing the release of batches as well as compliance and efficient GMP systems. Furthermore, you will participate as a QA representative in quality improvement projects cross-functionally and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong QA profile with proven leadership abilities
For this position, it is expected that you hold a relevant scientific M.Sc. as well as experience from a QA position within a pharmaceutical or biotech company, where you have acquired knowledge from a quality assurance set-up including quality processes, GMP, and batch release. Likewise, you are used to communicating QMS and GxP requirements and reporting to stakeholders at all levels in an organization. To succeed in this role, you need a demonstrated talent to lead, develop, and grow a team to reach its full potential. Lastly, you must be fluent in English and Danish both written and spoken.
Your leadership style is characterized by your ability to communicate a clear direction as well as your passion for motivating others to unleash their potential and enhance their performance. Additionally, you need to have the ability to plan multiple activities with competing priorities. Moreover, you have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, equipped to work across multiple departments, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. On a more personal level you put great emphasis on detail coupled with the ability to engage and complete projects and assignment. Finally, you excel in improving internal processes and thrive in a dynamic workplace. You have a positive attitude and a structured and solution-oriented approach to your job.
