Group Reporting Director

Transform and streamline group FP&A and financial reporting processes to support decision-making by senior management in Pharmacosmos.

FP&A, internal and external financial reporting
Reporting to the EVP, Group CFO, you will together with your team of 2 Financial Controllers oversee, develop, improve, and manage the financial FP&A and reporting processes at group level. More specifically, you will develop, implement, and supervise the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the entire group (FP&A). This involves collecting and consolidating reporting from the group functions and global affiliates to ensure consistency and realism in financial plans. As Group Reporting Director, you will ensure accurate internal management reporting to support decision-making by senior management and that Pharmacosmos annual reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and external legal requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing management reports and presentations for the board, and other internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will identify and implement improvements in Pharmacosmos reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy across the group. This includes taking the lead in helping the company with its digital transformation by identifying suitable and value adding software solutions with the purpose of improving existing processes. Finally, you will lead your team by fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement, and secondly cultivate a strong relationship with external stakeholders, senior management, and board of directors.

Strong and adaptable leader with solid hands-on experience with FP&A and reporting processes
We expect you to hold an academic degree within accounting/finance and possess solid experience with leading a team in group finance and FP&A in an international company with a manufacturing setup. You have a strong knowledge of international accounting principles and regulations, and you are experienced in optimizing finance processes and systems. You have outstanding analytical skills, a solid business acumen and effective communication abilities. Finally, you possess excellent skills in English and Danish, spoken and written.
