Drive Strategic Procurement & Cost Optimization
Reporting to the VP of Global Supply Chain & Procurement, you will become a crucial part of shaping and managing the companys indirect procurement processes. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing a robust framework for managing indirect spend, leading RFI and RFP processes, and ensuring procurement decisions align with company objectives. You will develop and manage vendor relationships, create dual sourcing strategies, and conduct spending analyses to uncover cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or reliability. Furthermore, you will drive innovation by enhancing procurement agreements and processes, strengthening risk assessments, and managing master data to ensure accuracy in cost structures. By maintaining a proactive outlook on alternative suppliers, market price levels, and lead times, you will secure the companys competitive edge in global sourcing.
Analytical and Results-Oriented Procurement Professional
To succeed in this role, you bring a solid background in procurement from a manufacturing company, with expertise in managing indirect spend and navigating complex supplier landscapes. Advanced proficiency in IT systems, particularly ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, will enable you to integrate procurement activities seamlessly into existing operations. Your strong analytical mindset, numerical acumen, and knowledge of CAPEX will allow you to deliver data-driven insights and effective cost-saving strategies. On a personal level, you are proactive and quality-focused, with a solution-oriented and commercial mindset. Your ability to collaborate across functions and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be vital. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by opportunities to learn, grow, and drive strategic improvements. Additionally, you are fluent in both Danish and English, verbally and written.
