Take on a key position as CCO in a cutting-edge technology pioneer and develop, implement, and execute the sales and marketing strategy.
Set the strategic direction and lead commercial growth
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing department, further building the team into an effective unit that aligns with the companys growth. As CCO, you will become part of the management team, and it will be your responsibility to define, develop, implement, and execute the commercial vision and strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and goals. Moreover, monitoring market and competitor analyses to ensure a competitive position will also be one of your tasks. This includes the identification and development of new market opportunities as well as building strong relationships with current and potential clients, especially within the defense and security industries. You will manage the client portfolio of major key accounts with a strategic, relationship-driven approach, focusing on long-term partnerships and mutual growth. This requires close collaboration with the technical department at Wiseled, to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs and requirements. Participating in negotiations and closing major deals with key accounts, both nationally and internationally, will also be on your agenda. Finally, you should expect approximately 70 travel days a year, as the role involves engaging with clients in various geographical locations.
Strategic and tech-savvy sales professional with excellent leadership skills
We expect you to bring a relevant educational background combined with solid experience from a B2B company dealing with advanced and complex technological products. You bring a proven track record in sales and marketing with a particular focus on project sales management. Your deep understanding of complex sales cycles, especially within technology-driven industries, allows you to navigate the complexities of long-term projects and large-scale deals. Experience working with high-value contracts and negotiating complex agreements is a prerequisite. Your interpersonal skills are one of your strongest assets, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels in an organization. Finally, you are highly proficient in English and Danish, spoken and written.
Personally, you are visionary, curious and trustworthy, and you act with a sense of urgency and a result-oriented attitude. Your communication style is characterized by effectiveness, transparency, and openness, demonstrating responsibility, independence, and self-motivation.
