Lead the consumer healthcare team and ensure commercial performance
Reporting to the Director & Head of Commercial Management, you will be commercially P&L and end-to-end responsible in Denmark and Sweden for the consumer healthcare market as well as program lead, developing a new strategic healthcare area. As such, you will lead the consumer healthcare team, ensuring the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies to drive growth. More specifically, you and your team will define key initiatives and build commercial roadmaps, conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging opportunities and market trends as well as prepare pricing recommendations, business cases and support the definition and execution of relevant sales and marketing initiatives. Moreover, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance in Denmark and Sweden. This includes providing actionable business insights to deliver on the strategy and leading the day-to-day business management.
Commercially adept leader with profound consumer/health business experience
We expect you to hold a relevant master's degree within business administration, economics, strategy, or equivalent, coupled with solid experience within commercial or product management in consumer and/or health business. Further, you have proven leadership/management capabilities coupled with experience working with a subscription-based business model. Moreover, you have solid experience in working with sales channels and in-depth understanding of channel metrics. It is essential that you possess strong commercial acumen paired with an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling you to spot opportunities and transform them into successful ventures. We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
On the more personal note, you have excellent interpersonal skills and flair for relationship building with a positive and pragmatic attitude and an extraordinary ability to get the message through. Furthermore, your cooperation skills and cultural understanding are outstanding, enabling you to navigate and influence both cross-functionally and at all levels within the organization. Finally, you have a structured and organized approach to business and projects, coupled with strong analytical capabilities that enable you to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
