Manager of Division Business Control

Support the division management for NCC Building Denmark in key decision making to reach strategic goals and elevate the business through proactive planning, controlling and performance analysis.

Leadership, financial business reporting and strategic business support
As Manager of Division Business Control for Building Denmark, you will lead 8 highly skilled finance professionals and report directly to the Head of Finance for NCC Building Nordics, and you will become part of the management team for NCC Building Denmark. In this position, you will be responsible for the division reporting, business control and other financial matters concerning the divisions financial performance. Furthermore, you will provide timely, relevant and accurate information regarding business performance, enabling and enhancing the division management teams' decision making. Moreover, you will ensure legislative compliance and adhering to all financial policies, directives, procedures and guidelines as well as ensure correct risk handling - from a financial perspective - for projects/site, including warranty obligations. Finally, you are going to interact with stakeholders on all levels to maximize overall value and ensure best-in-class reporting, controlling and decision support.

Proactive finance professional with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
You are expected to hold a relevant degree within business finance or equivalent combined with solid experience from controlling and/or accounting. Furthermore, you have a proven and successful track record from a management position. You are a solid and trustworthy communicator with the ability to convey ideas into specific actions and secure understanding and backup from both business collaborations and own team. Finally, you have profound abilities with business performance reporting and business performance analysis as well as solid project management skills and a strong understanding of project controlling.

Your leadership skills enable you to maintain, develop, and recruit a team with a strong performance culture aligned with the company values. You are well articulated with excellent interpersonal skills and a relation building character combined with strong written and verbal presentation skills. You are a natural team player, and you work through your organization, promoting a hands-on approach to leadership and management. You lead by example with a can-do-attitude, where drive and ambition are what ensures a short distance from words to actions, thus creating results. Personally, you are a self-sufficient, proactive, and creative individual, who has the drive to turn an already good business into a great business, in close cooperation with the Danish organization. Finally, you are fluent in English and Danish both written and verbal.
