Drive Strategic Growth in Enterprise Sales
As Enterprise Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving growth in the enterprise segment by building and managing relationships with high-value accounts across industries like pharma, tech, and consulting. You will take ownership of the entire sales process, from identifying leads and developing tailored solutions to closing premium and custom subscription deals. In this role, you will also proactively engage with potential clients, leveraging 24Slides strong marketing and lead-generation efforts, and work to convert these into long-term partnerships. By collaborating closely with marketing and customer success teams, you will align strategies to maximize pipeline opportunities and create seamless onboarding experiences for new clients. Your responsibilities will include setting the agenda for outbound lead generation, actively reaching out to potential clients, and taking ownership of specific verticals or account segments. Finally, you will become functional lead for an additional team member, doing sparring and mentoring.
Analytical, Proactive and Results-Oriented
To excel in this role, you possess a background in business development or sales, with experience in managing enterprise-level sales. You have expertise in building and managing pipelines, identifying opportunities, and closing high-value deals. You are proficient in leveraging sales tools, including CRM systems like HubSpot, and have a deep understanding of social selling through platforms like LinkedIn. You are proactive and results-driven with a passion for building meaningful relationships and achieving ambitious goals. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking ownership of identifying, targeting and closing key accounts and driving initiatives forward. Your adaptability and hands-on approach make you well-suited to working with international clients, while your natural curiosity and commitment to continuous learning drive your professional growth.
