Drive customer engagement in Denmark and support omnichannel initiatives across the Nordics
As a KAM/In-Field Brand Manager, you will play a key role in sales and key account management in Denmark, while supporting marketing projects and omnichannel initiatives across the Nordics for Almiralls successful dermatology portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, Nordics, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key dermatology accounts, and ensuring successful product adoption among healthcare professionals, clinics, and prescribers.
In addition to your direct sales responsibilities, you will support the Nordic marketing team by implementing best practices for Veeva CRM, contributing to omnichannel strategies, and managing key commercial projects. The role requires close collaboration with medical, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all commercial, marketing and scientific initiatives. In this role, you will also collect and analyze market data, support the execution of marketing campaigns, and help coordinate major congresses and events across the Nordics and internationally. Travel activity is expected to be up to 50% within Denmark and the Nordic region to maintain a strong presence with key accounts and ensure strategic alignment.
Commercially driven with a scientific approach
You are a commercially driven and structured professional with a strong scientific mindset and experience in pharmaceutical sales. You hold a degree in life sciences, business, or a related field and have at least three years of experience in pharmaceutical hospital sales, preferably within dermatology or biologics. You understand the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape in Denmark and the Nordics and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing key accounts. You are highly proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing tools, preferably Veeva, and have a strong interest in omnichannel engagement. Fluency in Danish and English is required.
