Drive projects in the healthcare sector through all phases

Reporting directly to the Head of Design Directors, you will ensure architectural quality and buildability in your own project portfolio, overseeing healthcare projects through all phases, from early conceptualization and feasibility studies to construction and operational launch. You will maintain the highest standards of design integrity while ensuring that all assigned projects meet key performance indicators related to quality, budget, timeline, and overall project objectives securing overall client satisfaction. Moreover, you will inspire and guide teams by demonstrating strong project leadership skills, fostering collaboration, contributing to talent development and professional growth at all levels. Naturally, you will serve as a professional beacon within the healthcare segment, setting new standards for design excellence, sustainability, and safety in healthcare projects as well as identifying and unlock significant business opportunities. Finally, you will become an essential part of the Design Director forum at Arkitema, contributing to strategic growth initiatives, including business development, professional advancement, and leadership excellence.

Experienced architect with established network in the healthcare sector

You hold an academic degree in architecture, combined with extensive experience in project and design management in the building sector. This has provided you with a strong portfolio, demonstrating a range of successful healthcare projects and a profound familiarity with Danish construction law, consulting law, and contractual agreements. This role involves managing numerous key interfaces with a broad range of stakeholders internally and externally, so you must thrive in a people-focused position. Finally, your interpersonal skills are outstanding, and you are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
