Senior Software Engineer (Integrations)
We are looking for a remote, full-time Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing and implementing integration solutions to join the engineering team of our U.S. client. The role will leverage expertise with integration tools, such as Fivetran, Tray.io, and / or Talend, to build robust, scalable interfaces that meet the diverse needs of our client's customers to whom you will work closely understanding their requirements, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful integrations.
This role requires a strong technology and execution background delivering enterprise-scale, high-quality, SaaS technology solutions with a transactional and/or B2B customer-based platform. You will work closely with the director of services, the product team, and the customer to ensure a successful integration project allowing customers to achieve value from an automated data feed. Your technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver high-quality solutions will drive customer satisfaction and client success.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Fivetran, Tray.io, and / or Talend (single tool to be chosen) and other tools to build and deploy integration interfaces
- Collaborate with development and services team to ensure successful integration solution implementations
- Thoroughly conduct testing and troubleshooting to guarantee data accuracy and integration reliability
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with customers, gathering and analyzing integration requirements
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the integration process
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality integration solutions and promptly addressing issues
- Lead integration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, solutions, and best practices
- Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the use of integration tools and methodologies
- Review, interpret, and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) ensuring alignment between customer expectations and current or future capabilities as well as the strategic plans
- Be a source of continuous innovation, facilitating speed-to-market and competitive advantage. Leverage technology to drive innovation in the business. Monitor external technology changes and incorporate them as appropriate.

Required Experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing integration solutions
- Proficiency with integration platforms such as Fivetran, Tray.io, or Talend
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, JSON, and data integration methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, where people relationships are important

Desired Experience
- A degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with AWS, Python, and PostgreSQL
