Location: Hiring within 110 miles of Aurora, CO
Freight Type: Refrigerated | Unload: No-touch freight
Home Time Options:

• Within 50 miles: Home daily, with occasional overnight runs during surge periods

• Within 51-100 miles: Home weekly, with frequent pass-bys near home

Pay & Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,411 ($73,000/year)

• Top Drivers: $1,581 weekly ($82,000/year)

• Mileage Pay (based on experience):

  • $0.70 to $0.80 CPM

• Stop Pay: $17 per stop (avg 13 stops/week)

• Detention: $24/hr after 2 hours (max $150)

• Winter Bonus: $1,000/month from Nov-Mar (up to $5,000 total!)

• Safe & On-Time Bonus: Up to 3% additional pay

• Weekly Pay Range: $1,450-$1,581

️ Schedule & Route Details

• Freight: No-touch refrigerated loads (reefer training provided)

• Miles: ~1,700 weekly

• Route Area: Colorado, Southern Wyoming & Eastern Utah

• Start/End: All loads begin at Aurora, CO 

• Schedule: 24/7 operation with variable shifts based on customer demand

• Home Time: Multiple times per week or full 34-hour reset weekly
