This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll lead high-stakes projects, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, and engineering teams. 

You'll help top-tier clients solve their hardest hiring and operational challengesturning complex requests into structured solutions and long-term partnerships.

What Youll Do

  • Own end-to-end customer relationships, from onboarding through project delivery and retention.

  • Lead strategic initiatives that directly impact customer success and company growth.

  • Align operations, recruiting, and product functions to deliver exceptional service at scale.

  • Act as the voice of the customeranticipating needs, solving problems, and driving a best-in-class experience.

  • Partner with internal teams to improve systems, data, and processes for efficiency and growth.

Who You Are

  • 38 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, growth equity, or high-growth startup operations.

  • Proven track record of driving success in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.

  • Strong analytical, operational, and relationship management skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and reliability; known for consistency and follow-through.

  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining strategic clarity.

  • Naturally entrepreneurial and eager to join an early-stage company with significant ownership.

  • Low-ego, feedback-driven, and genuinely motivated by impact and learning.
