CDL-A Drivers | Front Royal, VA | $1,500 Weekly Avg | Home Weekly or Every Other Weekend

Location: Hiring within 50 miles of Front Royal, VA, plus select cities in OH, KY, PA, NJ, and VA
Freight Type: Refrigerated, No-Touch Freight | Unload: No-touch
Home Time: Most drivers home weekly, guaranteed at least every other weekend for 34-hour reset

Pay & Bonuses

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 gross

• Mileage Pay (Based on Experience):

  • $0.65 to $0.70 CPM

• Detention Pay: $20/hr (after 2 hours, backhauls only)

• Hazmat Loads: +$75 per load

• Safety & On-Time Bonus: Up to +3 CPM

• Mentor Training Pay: $150/day (5 days)

• Freight: 100% no-touch freight majority refrigerated

• Route Type: Warehouse to warehouse deliveries

• Backhauls: From customer warehouses (e.g., Buffalo, NY)

• Driving Area: MA, CT, NY (Albany & Syracuse), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY

• Schedule: Night driving required

• Home Time: Most drivers home weekly; guaranteed at least every other weekend for 34-hour reset

Equipment & Support

• Fleet: Late-model automatic Freightliners & Internationals

• Amenities: Onsite shop, showers, driver managers, nearby dining/shopping

• Parking: Drivers must have a secure tractor/trailer parking location near home

• Hazmat: Required within 90 days of hire
