1. Role Summary

The Learning & Development Executive will play a critical role in supporting the Learning & Development function at Veersa by ensuring seamless execution of training programs, operational efficiency, and learning administration.
This role is designed for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives in managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy, and driving consistency across L&D operations.

The incumbent will work closely with the Head L&D to operationalize the learning agenda, administer the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate programs, and maintain the integrity of the organizations content and learning records.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Program Operations & Coordination

  • Support the rollout and implementation of learning initiatives as per the annual L&D calendar.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for all programs scheduling, communication, venue/platform readiness (MS Teams / offline), and participant coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external facilitators, and vendors to ensure smooth session delivery.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through attendance, completion of tracking, and post-session feedback.

B. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Upload, manage, and update learning modules, course content, and user information within the LMS.
  • Ensure timely reporting and generation of dashboards on participation, completion, and learning analytics.
  • Maintain system accuracy, course validity, and data integrity across all modules.

C. Content Management

  • Collate, organize, and maintain all learning materials, decks, videos, and reference content in a centralized content repository.
  • Support the Head L&D in standardizing formats, ensuring version control, and curating learning content for reuse.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors for content review and updates.

D. Documentation, Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain detailed records of learning programs, attendance, budgets, and evaluation summaries.
  • Generate and circulate periodic MIS reports and dashboards to track L&D performance metrics.
  • Assist in internal audits, certification tracking, and compliance reporting as per policy requirements.

E. Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Draft program communication, announcements, and learning campaign messages in alignment with Veersas internal communication tone.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues for induction programs, employee engagement, and internal development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support during training events, feedback collection, and participant follow-ups.

F. Continuous Improvement

  • Gather participant insights and feedback for ongoing program enhancement.
  • Suggest process improvements for better operational efficiency within the L&D function.
  • Stay updated with best practices in digital learning, LMS management, and analytics-based learning interventions.

3. Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience working with LMS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare structured documentation and professional correspondence.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data interpretation and report creation.
  • Demonstrated reliability, ownership, and initiative in executing assigned responsibilities.
  • Agility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

4. Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or Training Coordination.
  • Prior exposure to LMS administration, training logistics, and content repository management preferred.
