We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who will help strengthen our employer branding, digital presence, and credibility among future employees and clients.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute digital marketing, social media, and employer branding initiatives across platforms. This role requires strong content creation skills, design sensibility, SEO knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with employees, managers, and leadership to showcase Veersas culture, initiatives, programs, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Social Media

1. Plan and execute employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor, and AmbitionBox

2. Create diverse content featuring:

o Employee stories, testimonials, and achievements

o Leadership and management insights

o Company culture, initiatives, programs, and events

o Hiring campaigns and employer value proposition (EVP)

o Company services, technologies, and success stories

3. Interact with employees, managers, and leaders to create authentic and engaging content

4. Strengthen brand perception to support talent attraction, engagement, and retention

Content Creation & Design

1. Design high-quality creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

2. Edit images and videos for social media platforms

3. Maintain consistency in fonts, typography, color grading, and brand

aesthetics

4. Plan and manage a structured content calendar with varied formats (static

posts, carousels, reels, videos, blogs)

Website, SEO & SEM

1. Manage and update the company website using WordPress

2. Coordinate and ensure regular blog uploads on the website

3. Optimize website and blog content using SEO best practices

4. Support SEM initiatives (basic paid campaigns, keyword research, performance tracking)

5. Work with UI/UX principles to improve website usability and user experience

Analytics & Performance Tracking

1. Track performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search

Console, and social media insights

2. Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to improve content strategy

3. Prepare basic reports and recommendations based on data insights

Platform & Reputation Management

1. Manage employer presence on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox

2. Coordinate employer responses, reviews, and branding efforts

3. Monitor online reputation and continuously improve employer perception

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certifications

o Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Mass Media, Business, or related field

o Certification or course in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing

(Mandatory)

Experience

o 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Content

Marketing roles

o Experience managing social media platforms for a company or brand

Technical & Creative Skills

o Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM fundamentals

o Experience working with WordPress and website content management

o Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

o Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social

insights)

o Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

o Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling

o Basic video editing skills preferred
