Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation projects, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP expertise, program management experience, and a passion for driving growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP programs and rollouts.
• Engage in pre-sales activities and drive market development.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to implement growth strategies.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring successful delivery.
• Support clients on a business process and functional level, as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience, with consulting background preferred.
• Expertise in SAP logistics modules and ideally experience in Finance modules.
• Must have experience in end to end implementations of SAP projects
• Proven track record in pre-sales and business development is a good to have
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business (masters preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Integration Lead, or Cut-Over Lead.
• Passionate about decision-making, teamwork, and client success.
