We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the transformation and strategic direction of their HR team. This pivotal role will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, supporting the company's continued growth in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives to attract, retain, and develop top retail talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers to enhance workforce productivity and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, advising leadership on necessary changes and industry best practices.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that prioritizes professional development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends, using data-driven insights to improve HR processes and decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail sector.
  • Experience in standalone retail stores is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Proven ability to lead and implement strategic HR initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.
