About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Architect Payments to design, lead, and deliver cutting-edge solutions for payment-related projects. You will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to create scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern technologies. What You Will Do

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions for large-scale projects.
• Prepare solution proposals covering scope, architecture, data, security, and technology blueprint.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and external partners to implement payment solutions.
• Guide and mentor development teams on architecture, best practices, and technical challenges.
• Drive deep architectural discussions with project stakeholders.
• Identify system gaps and lead initiatives to bridge them with effective technology solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on technology choices, integrations, and innovation.

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing distributed systems or enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong technical knowledge in software architecture, integration, data flow, and security.
• Experience with Card Payment Transaction Processing is essential.
• Proficient in designing and implementing solutions following Agile, DevOps, and Cloud paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with cross-domain solutions for sectors like Hospitality and Retail is a plus.
• Experience in international or multicultural teams is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, or other Cloud-native designs.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and API frameworks like Swagger or OpenAPI.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Hadoop, Redis, etc.
• Exposure to network security, load balancing, and scalable architecture design.
