A leading technology-driven organization is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to join its team. This role will be pivotal in delivering enterprise-ready HCM solutions that streamline HR processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and provide actionable insights. The company operates globally, offering payroll outsourcing and Employer of Record (EOR) services, supporting businesses across multiple industries and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Global Solutions, with responsibility for building and expanding a global solutions team, including managing 1-2 pre-sales consultants.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for the HCM solution, supporting global teams.
  • Prepare system demos and proof of concepts (POC) as needed for client presentations.
  • Present and demonstrate HCM solution functionalities in client meetings.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to qualify business requirements.
  • Develop and respond to global Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Identify product gaps and coordinate with the Product Team for enhancements and customization requests.
  • Travel within the region may be required for client presentations.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a solutions or pre-sales role within the HCM industry.
  • Strong ability to present and articulate solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
