Dental Team Leader | Work From Home (Pooling)

Job Description:

• Oversee the complete cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment to meet and exceed departmental goals.
• Handle complex billing issues and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve disputes and minimize denials.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing team lead role.
• Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
