Technical Writer

Salary: 40,000- 55,000 PHP/ month

Job Description:

• Work with operations managers, team leads, staff to document existing work flow.
• Document tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Work with the QA analytics team to maintain a list of reports that track team success metrics, KPIs, frequency of generation and dissemination.
• Work with Process QA managers to document optimized work flow.
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for easy comprehension of process work flows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract subject for renewal
• With a degree and/or certifications in Technical Writing, Journalism, Professional Writing, English Teaching, Communication Arts or Mass Communications
• Should have a 1 to 2 years experience as Technical Writer
• With strong analytical skills to understand and write functional documentation for new enhancements.
• Excellent grammatical skills
• Has reliable internet at home
• Willing to work in shifting schedules or graveyard shift
• Able to Work From Home
