Junior Web Developer | Work From Home

Job Description:

The Junior Web Developer will assist with the creation of websites and updating existing websites using scripting languages. He/she will work under the supervision of senior developers, assisting with coding, testing, and design adjustments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the web development team with all aspects of website and application design
• Assisting with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end websites
• Collaborating with developers to implement new web features
• Recreate mobile responsive pages and post using Wordpress

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• At least one or two years of experience developing web applications using React.js
• Working knowledge of other Javascript frameworks such as Next.js, and/or NestJS
• Solid fundamentals with Javascript and using ES6 concepts
• Experience with working on projects using version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc)
• Experience working with Agile-based projects and being able to deliver solutions consistently as scheduled
• Knowledgeable with AI-enabled development workflow and utilize best practices
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and other coding languages.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development, website architecture, and aesthetics
