Overview:

The SPO Coordinator at VEA Telecoms will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end service provisioning processes. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the telecommunications sector. The Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Provisioning Coordination: Manage and oversee the provisioning of telecom services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery according to client requirements.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of service provisioning, addressing enquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
  • Order Management: Handle order processing from initiation through to completion, ensuring all details are accurate and updated in the system.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all provisioning activities, client communications, and service changes.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the service provisioning process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are provisioned to a high standard, adhering to company and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on service provisioning status, including KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a telecommunications service provisioning or coordination role is essential.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in telecommunications, IT, or a related field are preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency with telecom provisioning systems and related software.
    • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
