Front-End Designer (UI and Figma Expertise)

About the Role

Were seeking a UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in user journeys, interaction design, and creating intuitive product experiences. You will shape how users navigate and engage with our SaaS platform, translating complex workflows into clear, efficient, and enjoyable interfaces. The ideal candidate excels in understanding user needs, mapping end-to-end experiences, and crafting high-quality designs in Figma. Front-end development knowledge is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype high-quality user interfaces and interactions in Figma, using components, variants, auto-layout, and design systems
• Own and improve user journeys, task flows, and information architecture
• Create intuitive workflows for complex SaaS features, always prioritising clarity and efficiency
• Apply strong UI/UX principles accessibility, hierarchy, consistency, spacing, and visual balance
• Develop and refine micro-interactions, transitions, and other interactive cues
• Conduct or support usability testing, synthesise insights, and apply iterative improvements
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment
• Advocate for user needs by understanding pain points, mental models, and context of use
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure alignment across the product
• Ability to translate designs into front-end prototypes using HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (Nice to have not required)

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design system practices
• Strong understanding of UX research, user flows, and interaction design
• Experience designing for SaaS or other complex digital products
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in agile teams
• High attention to detail, creativity, and user empathy
• (Bonus) Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript to support collaboration with developers
