Associate Creative Director
We're looking for an Associate Creative Director who leads through design. You'll partner with leadership to shape creative strategy, guide designers, and execute your own design work that pushes both client and brand initiatives forward. This role combines high-level creative direction with hands-on execution you'll be thinking strategically and designing daily.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in creative direction, UX/UI, or brand design (agency experience preferred)
-
A portfolio that demonstrates range, strategic thinking, and exceptional design execution
-
Ability to lead concept development and still roll up your sleeves to design
-
Confidence in presenting ideas, guiding teams, and collaborating with clients
-
A strong eye for hierarchy, balance, and detail
-
Experience mentoring designers and improving creative processes
The Role
-
Partner with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies across brand, web, and campaigns
-
Design and produce visual systems, digital experiences, and creative presentations

Translate client objectives into creative outcomes that are clear, smart, and well-crafted
-
Mentor designers, provide feedback, and maintain consistency across all creative outputs
-
Collaborate with development and project management teams to ensure strategy and execution stay aligned
-
Drive internal brand and creative standards, setting the bar for design and storytelling
This is a hybrid role where you'll lead creative direction but stay close to the work that defines it. You'll help evolve the creative presence while keeping strategy at the core of everything delivered.
Design Style and Range
You have range and taste. You can design something bold, funky, and unexpected, then pivot to something refined, timeless, and clean. You know how to tie design to story and strategy, not just aesthetics. You think conceptually, build systems that scale, and turn insight into beautiful, high-performing design. You're the kind of designer who's constantly exploring, experimenting, and bringing inspiration to the team.
