Roles & Responsibilities
Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of policies, claims, and other important documents.
- Customer Service: Handle phone calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Provide basic information about insurance policies and procedures.
- Data Entry: Input and update customer information, policy details, and claims data into the company's database.
- Policy Processing: Assist in the processing of new insurance policies, including gathering required information and documentation.
- Claims Support: Aid in the processing of insurance claims by gathering necessary information and documentation from clients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the schedule for insurance agents and executives, ensuring appointments are coordinated efficiently.
- Billing and Payments: Assist in processing premium payments and maintain accurate billing records.
