Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Monday.com Administration

  • Import policies from iAdviser, including inputting client card details and renewal dates (processed two months at a time per adviser).

  • Enter key policy data into Monday.com.

  • Send pre-renewal emails on behalf of the broker (either CCing the broker or sending directly for forwarding, depending on client relationship).

  • Download renewal terms from Sunrise, where applicable, and enter the renewal premium into the worksheet.

2. Debtors Administration

  • Send debtor reminder emails to clients on a fixed schedule:

    • On the premium due date

    • 14 days after

    • 30 days after

    • 60 days after

    • 90 days after

  • Log all follow-ups in client files within iAdviser.

  • Act as liaison for Premium Funding contracts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • General working knowledge of Sunrise / Ebix platforms.

  • Proficiency with iAdviser software.

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Effective time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
