Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Managing a Lending Support Function including Settlements
- Maintaining teams performance within agreed KPIs achieving acceptable results in both Quality and Quantity.
- Working closely with Credit and Sales teams towards meeting and exceeding targets and expectations
- Promoting process improvement and innovation culture within the team
- Training and developing team members
Qualifications:
- Experience of managing the operations team with extensive experience in either credit or settlements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working for a Fintech or closely related sector
- A continuous improvement mindset, embrace change and thrive from it
