Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Managing a Lending Support Function including Settlements
  • Maintaining teams performance within agreed KPIs achieving acceptable results in both Quality and Quantity.
  • Working closely with Credit and Sales teams towards meeting and exceeding targets and expectations
  • Promoting process improvement and innovation culture within the team
  • Training and developing team members

Qualifications:

  • Experience of managing the operations team with extensive experience in either credit or settlements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working for a Fintech or closely related sector
  • A continuous improvement mindset, embrace change and thrive from it
