Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support our operations by managing data input, document handling, and client communications. This role requires strong technical proficiency, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management:

    • Accurately input data for up to 50 different banking portals.
    • Manage invoicing processes, including business and finance settlement, private sale invoices, and invoice requests.
  2. Document Handling:

    • Download and organize documents from the CRM system for internal filing purposes.
  3. Calendar Coordination:

    • Schedule and manage calendar invite to ensure smooth coordination of meetings and deadlines.
  4. Client Communication:

    • Create and distribute email campaigns and promotional materials to clients.
  5. Research and Content Assistance:

    • Conduct high-level research using Google and ChatGPT to support various business needs.
  6. Social Media (Optional):

    • Manage social media tasks, if applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, financial transactions, and document management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of Google search tools; familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
