Key Responsibilities:

  1. Paid Media Strategy & Esecution:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
    • Manage budgets and track performance to meet ROAS and CPA targets.
    • Align messaging and creative strategy with client objectives, coordinating with internal teams.
    • Set up and monitor conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
    • Utilize AI tools for ad copywriting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
  2. Channel Ownership
    • Lead digital channel strategies from initial planning to performance reporting.
    • Define KPIs, prioritize tasks, and build campaign roadmaps.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution and refine strategies based on insights.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to introduce innovative ideas.

  3. Organic Social & SEO
    • Support organic social strategy and editorial planning.
    • Apply SEO techniques, including keyword targeting and technical audits.
    • Use tools like Google Search Console and BrightEdge to identify optimization opportunities
    • Experiment with AI tools for social media content scheduling and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on content and paid media.
  • Proven ability to plan, launch, and scale ad campaigns on Google, Meta, Linkedin, and Youtube.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting tailored to diverse brand voices.
  • Proficiency with tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Competent in UTM management, tracking setups, and creating dashboards.
  • Experience using ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, and WordPress; bonus for Webflow, Shopify, HTML/CSS knowledge.
