Job Description

Client Interaction:

  • Call interested clients to discuss their loan needs and provide detailed
    information about our loan products and application process.
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications over the phone, ensuring
    all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their
    applications.

Liaison Duties:

  • Act as a liaison between the applicant and the Credit Decision Team,
    ensuring all required documentation and information are submitted
    promptly.
  • Communicate any additional information or clarification needed by the
    Credit Decision Team to the applicants.

Documentation and Verification:

  • Verify the accuracy of client information and ensure all required
    documents are collected and properly filed.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and
    application progress.

Customer Service:

  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience
    and build lasting relationships.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Credit Decision Team to facilitate a smooth and
    eƯicient loan approval process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
    delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in
    the financial or loan industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
    with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work eƯiciently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Knowledge of loan products and financial services is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • High level of professionalism and a client-centric approach.
