Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Accounts Receivable duties in compliance with policies and procedures, including invoice creation, receipt allocation, and account write-offs.
  • Perform Accounts Payable duties, such as processing invoices, making payments, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.Possess knowledge of purchase order processing.
  • Process foreign exchange (FX) invoices and payments. 
  • Perform account, bank and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial activities. 
  • Address and resolve queries and disputes by coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within Finance Department accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Collaborate with other departments like Sales and Operations to streamline processes and resolve outstanding items.
  • Willing to embrace company values and contribute positively to team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in accounting
  • Relevant certifications, such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA, optional but preferred
  • At least 2-3 years experience in accounting 
  • Experience with GST/VAT The ability to communicate confidently, calmly, and professionally at all levels. 
  • Has excel skills (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup) 
  • Time management and organization skills - able to work to strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy Experience with NetSuite ERP system would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Australian/UK/USA business would be an advantage
