The P&C Support Officer plays a vital role in delivering back-office support across both the People & Culture and Enterprise Risk & Legal teams. This role ensures smooth coordination of key processes by managing documentation, supporting systems, handling basic reporting, and assisting with vendor administration tasks.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documents
  • Support pre-employment checks, onboarding workflows, and general admin tasks
  • Assist with people-related reporting and compliance tracking
  • Provide admin support for vendor invoice processing and purchase order management
  • Create and track POs, submit invoices for approval, and maintain documentation
  • Support general administrative needs across vendor, contract, or compliance processes
  • Ensure data is accurately maintained across P&C and finance systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, invoicing tools)
  • Maintain trackers and support data entry for ongoing process visibility
  • Prepare regular reports and trackers to support recruitment, onboarding, and vendor oversight
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying admin process gaps and supporting fixes
  • Provide responsive admin support across both teams to keep operations running smoothly


Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or administrative roles (preferably in a high-volume or offshore setup).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable, JobAdder, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel for tracking and reports).
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and compliance awareness.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong customer service approach.
  • Prior experience supporting Australian clients or understanding of AU employment practices is an advantage.
