About the job Outbound Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting of existing members to provide information on existing products and services as well as on going promotions.
- Making Outbound calls to leads for the purpose of generating sales and revenue for the organization.
- Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, or annual key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handling and retrieving customer information in a data base.
- Keep company and product knowledge updated to carry out day to day Sales Pitching.
- Flexible to assist inbound calls. Must possess communication skills that makes it easy to transition between outbound and inbound calls.
- Dealing with customer communications: via phone, email, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/College Level
- with BPO experience
- At least 6 months to 1 year Inbound and Outbound Sales experience (preferably Australian account)
- Must have experienced with cold calling/ B2B/ B2C/ Lead generation or any Sales related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office

- Must have high passion in sales and excellent negotiation skills
- Must possess an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work and all other work projects.
- Must be able to multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Can maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Must be able to work and build friendly yet professional channels of communication with clients, co-workers, and management
- Must have basic customer service skills
- Active listening, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and a professional phone voice
