Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Analyst in one of their corporate offices (include Houston, Texas) for a hybrid work schedule. Our client is a market-leading independent power producer and service provider. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial consolidation and transactions for assigned Segment(s).
  • Prepare analytical reviews for Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Upload and validate SAP data in BOFC, ensuring accuracy in flows, cost centers, debt, intercompany, and controls; train junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance and business teams to ensure accurate accounting and consolidation entries.
  • Oversee IFRS compliance, memo preparation, impact analysis, and staff training.
  • Manage cash flow analysis and respond to internal and management data requests.
  • Serve as primary contact for KPMG auditors and coordinate required schedules and reporting.
  • Maintain communication with the Paris headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: 5+ years in accounting (consolidation a plus); Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Skills: Experience with BOFC, HFM, SAP/ERP preferred; strong Excel skills; US GAAP & IFRS knowledge; ability to work independently and in teams; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in Renewables/Energy sector; French language proficiency.
