Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Outreach & B2B Marketing:
- Develop and implement targeted LinkedIn campaigns to identify potential vacation rental partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients within the vacation rental industry.
- Track LinkedIn outreach using CRM tools to ensure successful lead generation and manage campaign performance.
SEO Optimization:
- Optimize property listings for vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO to improve search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies tailored to vacation rentals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to enhance rankings and visibility on rental and property management platforms.
Content Marketing & Strategy:
- Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, SEO-aligned content for digital marketing channels.
- Ensure that content aligns with both SEO objectives and LinkedIn outreach goals for both Smart Suites and Flourish Homes.
- Work on strategies that drive traffic and engagement to both businesses' online presence.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on the performance of LinkedIn outreach and SEO campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data to make informed decisions and suggest improvements in strategy and execution.
- Ensure continuous refinement and optimization of marketing tactics based on data insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in the vacation rental, hotel, or real estate property management industries (NON NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Proven track record of successful SEO optimization, particularly for platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
- Experience in content marketing and strategy development, with an emphasis on SEO alignment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track and report on marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage marketing efforts across two companies.
