Key Responsibilities:
Company 1: VargasAndrews (Professional Services Outsourcing)
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and discovery calls.
- Utilize Google Ads to manage and optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring cost-effective lead generation.
- Report regularly on KPIs such as the number of leads generated, discovery calls, and campaign ROI.
- Develop and oversee LinkedIn B2B outreach strategies
- Lead marketing strategies, including social media, to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Oversee and execute content creation for social media campaigns that align with the companys mission.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance and make strategic adjustments
Company 2: Smart Suites LLC (Vacation Rental/Airbnb)
- Develop and oversee LinkedIn B2B outreach strategies, focusing on partnerships within the vacation rental industry.
- Lead SEO optimization for vacation rental listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
- Supervise content creation for SEO-driven strategies, including keyword research and campaign performance analysis.
Company 3: Flourish Homes (Real Estate)
- Create and execute a marketing plan for Flourish Homes that highlights the companys commitment to growth and community building.
- Manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms, building awareness and engagement with property owners and tenants.
- Oversee SEO efforts to ensure optimal visibility of property listings and company branding.
- Implement LinkedIn outreach strategies to build relationships with potential property management clients.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a marketing associate providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure effective collaboration across all marketing activities for the three companies.
- Report regularly on the performance of all campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple clients
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the hospitality and real estate industries (hotel, Airbnb, vacation rentals, or property management experience required). Marketing experience in professional services is also preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Expertise in social media, SEO, and B2B LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and familiarity with real estate marketing.
- Basic web development skills are a plus (e.g., HTML, CSS, or website management tools).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
