Launch Manager (Honduras)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Launch Manager in Honduras. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the initial setup and launch of our mobile lending FinTech company in Honduras.

This will include coordinating with various teams and departments, including headquarters (HQ), to ensure a smooth and successful launch. Once the launch is complete, you will transition into a finance role within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various teams and departments, including HQ, to plan and execute the launch of our mobile lending FinTech company in Honduras
• Attend to all requirements and directives from HQ to properly setup the operation in the country
• Identify and prioritize key tasks and milestones leading up to the launch
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure the launch is on track
• Work with local partners and suppliers to secure necessary resources and support
• Identify and evaluate potential financial partners and opportunities in Honduras
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and success of the company in Honduras
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage budget, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, business development, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Understanding of local culture and business practices in Honduras
