We are looking for a proactive and consultative Onboarding Specialist to effectively transition new customers from contract signing to full operational use of our clients platform. In this pivotal role, you will focus on configuring customer accounts, facilitating the migration of historical data, and delivering actionable financial insights.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, assisting with account setup, training, and resolving complex operational needs.
  • Data Migration Expertise: Serve as a data specialist, supporting clients in migrating and cleansing historical data from various systems into the platform. Perform in-depth financial transaction analysis and preparation.
  • Reporting and Analytics Guidance: Help customers leverage the platforms analytics tools to gain clear insights into business performance.
  • Product Expertise: Offer deep knowledge of the platforms financial and operational capabilities, including subscription analytics, revenue recognition, invoicing, and payment workflows.
  • Customer Accountability: Drive customer accountability to meet onboarding timelines, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal platform usage.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver a high-value onboarding experience, leaving new customers highly satisfied and engaged.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance onboarding practices by sharing insights and implementing process optimizations for improved customer success.

Required

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as account management or implementation, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects and leading meetings via web conferencing and phone.
  • 2+ years of experience in data manipulation and cleansing, ideally with large datasets.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
  • Strong ownership of projects with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects with composure and focus.
  • Skilled in systematic troubleshooting with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Technically inclined and eager to develop expertise in software solutions.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to meeting customer and market needs.
  • Motivated to make a meaningful impact on customers and contribute to company success.

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions or integrating workflows across multiple SaaS products.
  • Background in recurring revenue businesses with expertise in accounting or finance.

Other Requirements

  • English Level: Fluent (C1/C2) is mandatory.
  • Reside in Buenos Aires or nearby areas.
