Medical Center of Arlington
- Start Date Bonus: $50,000 for 3 year commitment, $30,000 for 2 year commitment, $10,000 for 1 year commitment
- Relocation: $10,000
- Rate: $140 per hour. Full-time is a minimum of 6-24 hour shifts per month
Schedule: Is this 12 hour shifts of 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM, rotating days and nights?

24-hour shifts, 6 minimum per month? i.e. do they work 3 -4 24 hour shifts one week and then off the following week, and then back for the next set of shifts?

Schedule is 24 hour shifts. Start time 7am, end time 7am.
Physicians can request up to 10 days that they do not want to work each month. The remaining 20-21 days are the days used to schedule shifts.
Benefits: PTO, Sick, or Holiday time? Aware that sometimes with HOS positions this not offered.
No PTO or Sick Time
Holiday: Work at least 2 holidays per year (1 major, 1 minor). Holiday Pay: Physician shall be compensated an additional $600.00 per shift (7am7pm;7pm-7am) when working clinically on the following holidays: New Years Eve (night shift), New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
CME allowance? $3500 for FT
Are State license/DEA renewal, Board re-Certs, Professional dues/affiliations/organizations paid/reimbursed? State License, DEA, and Board certs reimbursed. All other organizations can be reimbursed through BERA
Any loan repayment offered? Currently, no loan repayment options
Compensation: $140 an hour, firm? Just seeing if there is any wiggle room based around experience level? This is a firm rate
Residency requirement? Or can they live somewhere else and stay in community while working? Open to considering candidates who travel in for shifts for this site.
