Job Description:

Valuecart is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Client Relations Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our Chinese clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Chinese market, fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Stakeholder management from China.
  • Pitch the business model to Chines clients and explain.
  • Provide clients with product information, updates, and support.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and up-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Assist in the development and execution of client-specific strategies to maximize their success on Amazon.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on client feedback, market trends, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
